Everything was good, from the very first phone call to the inspection. I was very impressed about how knowledgeable and helpful our service person was. He really made the experience great when he was able to answer a ton of questions from this first-time homeowner. I was thankful that he was so very thorough and showed up exactly when expected. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. I spent hours on the phone before trying to find someone to inspect my chimney, and got nothing but difficulties. I really enjoyed this experience and will call Mighty Ducts again in the future.
